99xo1 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Platform Use

99xo1 (https://99xo1.app) is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 99xo1 and any user of the platform.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.

99xo1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, notice will be provided via the registered email address or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account with 99xo1, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register from a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.

99xo1 may request a photo ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension. This is a security measure, not a punitive action.

99xo1 supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. If additional verification is needed during the withdrawal process, the support team will reach out to you directly.

Every bonus offer on 99xo1 comes with its own specific terms. Accepting a bonus will be considered automatic acceptance of those terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount before withdrawal. This amount is stated in each bonus's details.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply to specific games only. Check the "Eligible Games" section in the offer details.
• Multiple Bonuses: You cannot hold more than one active bonus at a time — unless otherwise specified.
• Fraudulent Activity: Opening multiple accounts or manipulating the system to claim bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonuses and any winnings.

The following rules are mandatory for all players on 99xo1:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game info section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a technical issue, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the server's records.
• If you have any concerns about a game result, notify support within 24 hours — disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.
• 99xo1 reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from abnormal winnings caused by a software error.

All games on 99xo1 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent third-party organizations. There is no question of fairness — every outcome is entirely random.

99xo1 employs the highest level of security technology. We are committed to keeping your account and funds safe.

• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Our automated system immediately freezes any account upon detecting suspicious activity.
• 99xo1 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

Steps you can take to protect your account:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
• Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.

99xo1 may suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting fraud or manipulation.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• If the user is found to be under 18 years of age.

For permanently closed accounts, any remaining funds will be returned provided no terms violations have occurred. However, 99xo1 reserves the right to forfeit funds in cases of fraud.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

99xo1 strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, there are certain limitations to our liability:

• 99xo1 is not liable for service disruptions caused by internet outages, power failures, or any other external factors.
• No compensation is provided for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• 99xo1 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their own account credentials.
• 99xo1 will not compensate for financial losses incurred through gaming — all gaming decisions are entirely the player's own responsibility.

99xo1 may modify or update these terms at any time. The method of notification may vary depending on the nature and significance of the change:

• Major Changes: Registered email notification will be sent at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor Changes: A notification will be posted on the platform.
